Wild Weekend of College Football
10/16/24- It was quite the weekend in the college football world. Alabama survived a last second onside kick to sneak past a tough South Carolina team, Ohio State ran out of time on their final drive as they fell to Oregon in a top 3 battle, Texas stomped Oklahoma in Dallas, and Tennessee overcame a fourth quarter deficit to Florida to stop an upset at home.
Jeanty Continues his Heisman Campaign as he Rushes for Another 200 Yards.
10/16/24- Ashton Jeanty continues on his track to be the first 2,000 yard rusher in a season since Barry Sanders. In a late night battle against Hawaii, Jeanty rushed for 217 yards on 31 attempts in a Broncos win. He now has amassed over 1200 yards on year and 17 touchdowns on the season.
Texas takes on Oklahoma in Red River Rivalry Game- 10/12/24- Quinn Ewers is back under center for the Longhorns after recovering from his oblique injury and ready to lead the Longhorns into Dallas for their biggest rivalry game of the year. Oklahoma has had a slow start to the year but looks to upset Texas behind a stellar defense.
Vanderbilt heads up to take on Kentucky after stunning win-
10/12/24- A week after taking down Alabama in the biggest win in school history, Vanderbilt hits the road for another SEC matchup against Kentucky. Vanderbilt looks to keep the momentum going while the Tide look to bounce back against South Carolina and avoid regular season back to back losses for the first time since 2007.
